We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. Booking and Appointments

Service appointments may be requested through our website via the embedded Jobber booking form, by phone, or by email. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written or electronic confirmation from Klean.

By completing a booking, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to request services at the provided address
  • You are at least 18 years of age

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. To respect our team's time and ensure availability for all clients, we have the following policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will notify you of any applicable fees at the time of booking or upon cancellation.

If our team is unable to access the property at the time of the appointment due to circumstances within your control (e.g., no one home, locked access, unsafe conditions), this may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above.

You are responsible for securing or removing any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to our arrival. Klean is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed in advance.

5. Payment

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking. By booking our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

In the event of a returned payment or dispute, you may be responsible for any associated fees.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds for completed services unless there has been a material failure to perform the agreed-upon scope of work.
