Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide a key, door code, or garage code. Our entire team is fully background-checked, bonded, and insured for your complete peace of mind.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No — our team arrives fully equipped with all professional-grade cleaning supplies, vacuums, and tools. You don't need to provide or purchase anything.
How do you handle pricing — hourly or flat rate?
We price based on your home's actual needs rather than a generic flat rate. This ensures you only pay for what you need. Contact us for a free, no-obligation custom quote tailored to your home.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

How do you handle move-in/move-out cleanings?
Our move-in/move-out cleaning services are designed to leave your property spotless, ready for the next occupants. We focus on deep cleaning all areas, including those that are often overlooked.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Pasadena, MD and serve 60 communities across Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard and Prince George's counties, Baltimore City and nearby areas, with Annapolis and its surrounding towns at the center. Don't see your town? Ask — we may still cover you.

How many cleaners come to my home?
Most visits are done by a team of 2–3 trained cleaners. Klean has more than 55 employees and completes over 1,700 cleaning services every month across Maryland.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We bring professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, just let us know.
Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely. We're a pet-friendly company: tell us about your pets and we'll work around them and use pet-safe products on request.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No long contracts. Recurring plans can be paused, rescheduled or cancelled with notice.

How long does a deep clean take?
Most homes take 4–8 team-hours depending on size and condition. We send a crew so it's done in a single visit.
Will this help me get my security deposit back?

Can you work around check-in and check-out times?
Yes. Share your calendar and we schedule turnovers in the window between guests.
How long until carpets are dry?

What can you power wash?

When should post-construction cleaning happen?
After the trades are finished and before move-in, staging or photos.
How often can you come?
Daily, several nights a week, weekly or bi-weekly — whatever fits your building and budget.
How often should floors be stripped and waxed?
Most commercial floors need a full strip and wax once or twice a year, with scrubbing and buffing in between.
