Tipping is never required, and it's always appreciated. If you're unsure what's normal, here are the common practices we hear from clients.

One-time and deep cleans

Many clients tip around 10–20% of the cleaning cost, or a flat amount per cleaner, especially after a big deep clean or move-out clean.

Recurring service

Clients on weekly or bi-weekly plans often skip per-visit tips and instead give a larger holiday thank-you — commonly around the cost of one regular visit.

Other ways to say thanks

  • A Google review mentioning your cleaners by name — it genuinely helps
  • Referring a friend or neighbor
  • A note left on the counter
